Shayna attempts to free herself from the bonds of social anxiety in this short musical film.

 

For this film, it was all about the emotion and conveying that through the color palette.  The musical numbers gave me a chance to really delve into what Shayna was feeling at each moment so I could bring that to the attention of the audience.

 

Saturated colors really brought the musical numbers to life and made the locations pop without being too overwhelming.

The counselor's office location was actually an audition room that I dressed to appear as an office.  We had some trouble getting the right angles but in the end it really turned out quite nicely.
